Batch Convert Oracle Forms FMB Files to XML

Convert a whole folder of Oracle Forms modules — .fmb forms, .mmb menus, .pll PL/SQL libraries and .olb object libraries — to frmf2xml-style XML, entirely in the browser: no Java, nothing to install, nothing uploaded. Your browser will ask permission to read the folder you choose (and to write, if you save the XML back to disk rather than downloading a ZIP). Point it at folder A and write the XML alongside, into a separate folder, or as one ZIP.
